The complex is located by the intersections of important pedestrian and vehicle arteries. With the square and the open street shops, the attitude of integrating the city is cleary introduced.

Two residence blocks are located over the commercial podium, with a separate entrance. The green roof above the podium is designed to be a recreational area for the residences. The design is the winner of the architectural contest by invitation.
