The resort hotel lays on Fethiye Calis Beach and has a building area of  10.000 m². The existing lagoon on the land is preserved, and considered as one of the  main design elements. Mediterranean architecture is interpreted by contemporary materials, and the planning offers a strong relationship between the green areas and the water.
