The building is designed to serve as an office while including logistics and commercial functions as well. The office spaces are located around an inner courtyard to prevent the negative effects of the surrounding  less qualified  environment of the organized industrial zone where the parcel is located. The horizontal profiles serve as sun blinds for western sunlight and also as a sound barrier against the main road with heavy traffic.
